I was very happy with the service and advice I was given from D2D NY A/C & Heating Services. I originally gotten another company to look at my problem .... telling me that my unit had to be replaced and would have had to shell out $5 to $6k. However after calling for a second opinion from D2D, they found the issue to be a burnt wire and replacing a transformer. The service and recommendation to replace transformer saved me thousands of dollars and allow me to extend the life of my unit at a time I needed the AC unit the most (during a heat wave). I recommend his services because he was honest and he is willing to troubleshoot the cause of the breakdown.
